Approaching Christmas trees with a chainsaw in the middle of November might seem a little early, but despite record temperatures of up to 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit), this forest worker near the northern German town of Lübeck began felling fir trees on Thursday. He's still got quite a bit of work to do: Around 23 million Christmas trees go up in German homes year year.
